It’s quite common to receive orders from customers that include either: β€’ Incomplete information

β€’ Attachments or images that need to be improved or replaced (for example receiving a really blurry photo to be used in the design process)

We decided to streamline the process of contacting the customer about the issue, and getting their help to resolve it.

Pod Ops Rejection Reasons allows your image processing team to trigger automatic emails to be sent to the customer outlining the issue, and inviting the customer to resolve the issue via the Customer Dashboard.
