Order/Image Issue Emails

Automatic emails sent to customers to resolve issues with orders, triggered by the Image Processor user

PodOps will send an automatic email to customers when an Image Processor user chooses to reject an image and selects a Rejection Reason.

The email will populate with: • Your email template content • Image Processor’s comment (optional)


You can also set up reminder emails to be sent to customers who have not resolved the issue after a set period of time.
